We are currently working on a number of projects, with several others planned for the near future. Our researchers collaborate often with other industries, including space, health, and oil & gas.

Ashley Haygood

Ashley is a rising senior at Washington University in St. Louis studying cognitive neuroscience and marketing. After finishing her undergraduate studies, she plans to attend graduate school to pursue I-O psychology, and is particularly interested in studying employee training and development, worker well-being, and productivity in the workplace. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, and exploring the Houston food scene.

Nabira Adnan

Nabira is a rising senior at the University of Houston, where she is working towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Resources. After graduating, Nabira plans to attend graduate school to study I-O psychology. Nabira’s research interests lie in DEI, employee well-being, and teamwork. In her freetime, Nabira loves exploring creative outlets, such as painting and crocheting, constantly seeking new hobbies to expand her horizons.
