Gabi Fernández is a second year graduate student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at Rice University. She is originally from Mexico City and got her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and International Studies from Baylor University, in Waco, Texas. Her current areas of research and interest include team science, team training, efficiency, diversity training, and human-computer interactions. Her work has been publsihed in Organizational Dynamics, Journal of Interprofessional Care, and Oxford Bibliographies. Gabi enjoys cycling in her free time.
